A SMARTER WAY TO TRAIN WITH AI

AI is only as smart as
the context you give it.

Without your full training history, race calendar and goals, even the best AI is guessing — and guessing confidently. Goggy already has the full picture before you type a word.

WITHOUT GOGGY
can you analyze my bike ride?
Garmin screenshot 1 Garmin screenshot 2 Garmin screenshot 3 Garmin screenshot 4
AI Based on the screenshots, this looks like a moderate-intensity endurance ride. Your average HR of 121 bpm indicates you stayed largely in Zone 2, which is good for aerobic development. Power output appears steady with no major spikes. A solid session overall.
I have a 100km race in 2 weeks.
AI That's useful context. A few concerns worth flagging:

• At 47 km, today's ride is roughly half the race distance
• Your avg pace and HR suggest you haven't been riding at race intensity recently
• 2 weeks is a short window to build race-specific fitness

I'd recommend fitting in a 70–80 km ride at race effort this week to build confidence before the taper.
Context gap ↗
It was a recovery ride — intentionally short and easy after a hard week.
AI Got it — that reframes things. A controlled Zone 2 ride as planned recovery after a hard training block is actually well-executed. Keeping intensity low is the right call. If the previous week had quality work, you're likely in better shape than this session alone suggests. Focus on arriving fresh at the start line.

Adapts to the reality of your schedule

Life gets in the way of perfect training plans. When meetings run late or a free afternoon opens up, Goggy instantly rebuilds your week to keep you mathematically on track.

  • Safely compensate for missed sessions without overreaching
  • Generate spontaneous workouts to fill unexpected free time
  • Calculations based on your actual fitness metrics, not generic rules
  • Eliminates the stress of constantly rescheduling plans manually
I missed my interval run yesterday due to work, and I have 2 unexpected free hours this afternoon. What should I do?
Since you missed yesterday's speed work but have a 2-hour window today, let's substitute it with a 90-minute structured progression ride. It avoids the impact stress of a long run on back-to-back days while keeping you on track for your FTP goals. Want me to send the exact intervals? ⏱️

Uncover the patterns driving your performance

Because it continuously monitors your workouts, sleep, and recovery data, Goggy spots the invisible habits that make or break your block. Every chat makes it smarter.

  • Correlates your historic training loads with your sleep efficiency
  • Identifies the hidden fatigue factors behind bad sessions
  • Learns and records your personal injuries, quirks, and preferences
  • Actively recalls what exercises don't work for your body
Why is my pace always so slow on my Sunday long runs recently?
Looking at your last 6 weeks: whenever your Saturday sleep latency is over 45 minutes, your Sunday heart rate sits 12 bpm higher at the same pace. The two weekends you fell asleep faster, your runs were excellent. It's an accumulated recovery issue, not a fitness plateau. 📉

Searches your exact routine in seconds

No more digging through old notes or spreadsheet trackers. Goggy remembers your specific gym schedule, injury constraints, and custom routines, retrieving exactly what you need.

  • Instantly locate specific workouts from your historic calendar
  • Tell Goggy to remember your personal modifications or injuries
  • Seamlessly adapt upcoming schedules based on your stored rules
  • No rigid menus — just ask for the exact session you want
My shoulder is acting up today. Can you show me my chest day routine, but the variation that doesn't have push-ups?
Of course. That's your "Chest Day B" routine. Here it is: 1. Dumbbell Bench Press (4x8) 2. Incline DB Flys (3x10) 3. Cable Crossovers (3x12) 4. Tricep Pushdowns (3x15)

I've also logged a temporary note to avoid push-ups until you mention your shoulder feels better! 💪

Goggy reads what you send — not just what you type

Send a photo of your meal, a photo of your training plan, or a screenshot of your race calendar. Goggy reads it, responds with context, and stores what's relevant in your athlete profile.

  • Snap a meal → get calories + nutrition advice for today's training load
  • Photo of your training plan → Goggy parses and persists it to your profile
  • Ask later: "Print my training plan for next week" → Goggy shows it in chat
  • Race schedule or bib photo → added to your race calendar

Looks like ~680 kcal — 91g carbs, 42g protein, ~18g fat. Given your long run tomorrow and a 3-day carb deficit I'm seeing in your logs, the timing is perfect. 👍 Add a side salad and you'd also hit your daily fibre target.
Here's my new 12-week training plan: Photo of handwritten training plan
Got it — I've read and saved your 12-week plan to your profile. You're currently in week 3. Based on your fatigue levels, I'd suggest swapping Wednesday's tempo for an easy Z2 run this week. Want me to show you the full plan?

Ask anything about your training, ever

Goggy has access to your full history across all connected apps. Ask about trends, compare periods, and project future outcomes. The chat interface is the query engine.

  • Ask about any metric across any time range
  • Compare this season to last year, week to week, race to race
  • Project future outcomes based on your current training trajectory
  • Get simple explanations for anomalies you didn't know to look for
How has my running pace at Z2 heart rate changed over the last 6 months? And is it expected to keep improving?
Your aerobic pace improved by 18 sec/km over the last 6 months — from 5:52/km to 5:34/km at the same HR zone. The biggest gains came after your February base-building block.
Regarding further improvement: your gains have started to plateau over the last 3 weeks. Based on your historical response to similar volumes, you'll likely need a planned recovery week before we see another jump in your Z2 efficiency. 🏃‍♂️

WHAT ATHLETES ARE SAYING

Trusted by endurance athletes who take their data seriously.

I've been training for Ironman for four years and I've never been able to actually talk to my data before. Goggy changed that overnight.

— Marco T., Ironman finisher, Amsterdam

I asked Goggy why my running pace has been dropping for three weeks. It connected my sleep data, my training load and my HRV and gave me an answer in 10 seconds.

— Sarah K., marathon runner, London

The fact that it's on WhatsApp is genius. It's already open on my phone all day. I just ask and it answers.

— Luis F., triathlete, Barcelona

Currently Garmin, Strava, Apple Health, Oura and Whoop. Wahoo and TrainingPeaks are coming soon. You can connect as many as you like on the Pro plan.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your data is encrypted, never shared with third parties, and never used to train AI models. You can delete your entire profile — including all stored data — at any time, directly from the chat.
Does Goggy replace my coach?+
No — and it doesn't try to. Goggy is a smart conversational partner that helps you understand your own data. Think of it as the brilliant friend who's read every book on endurance training and also happens to have memorised your entire training history. Many athletes use Goggy to come better prepared to their coaching sessions.
Does Goggy work with any chat app?+
WhatsApp is the primary interface. Support for Telegram and iMessage is on the roadmap.
Do I need to be a triathlete to use Goggy?+
Not at all. Goggy works for runners, cyclists, swimmers — any endurance athlete who tracks their training data.
How accurate are Goggy's answers?+
Goggy's answers are based entirely on your real data from connected apps. It doesn't hallucinate metrics or invent sessions. If it doesn't have enough data to answer confidently, it says so.

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel directly from the web app or by asking Goggy to cancel your subscription.
